We are pleased to offer health benefits to all employees through an arrangement we have established with Blue Choice & Blue Shield of SC.

This arrangement involves the voluntary purchase of individual coverage by each of you, which you will control individually, but which will be paid for by convenient voluntary payroll deductions through Ivy Salons.  You may elect to cover yourself, and eligible family members (spouse and children under 26), and all plans are fully insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC, are guaranteed issue, and cover all pre-existing conditions without any waiting periods.   Most participants are eligible for subsidies from the federal government which significantly lower the cost of coverage and lower out of pocket expenses (deductible, copays, etc).   You may tailor your coverage to fit your own personal needs, and dental coverage is also available.

We have partnered with Resource Equity Group, a Greenville based employee benefits broker, to put together all of your options, determine the timing of your eligibility, obtain premium subsidies, process enrollments, and provide ongoing administration, customer service and assistance.

While open enrollment for 2023 has ended, some may be eligible to enroll under a special enrollment due to loss
